MacBook Pro and iPhone 7 show on some pages: Safari can't open the page because the server was not found?

Since yesterday I can no longer open some pages on the internet on my laptop (MacBook Pro) and on my cell phone. You will then see: Safari can't open the page because the server could not be found. Some pages can be opened (e.g. YouTube) other pages (e.g. GPS tracking) can't be opened. So I'm connected to the internet.

Today in the office (other Wi-Fi) everything works again and I can open everything again on the laptop as well as on the mobile phone. Why is that?

What do I have to do to make it work at home? By the way, there are no problems with my Windows PC at home. It must be an "Apple problem".

Safari does not load a page or website elements are missing
Check Safari extensions, or try removing cookies, cache, and other website data if a website or site doesn't load on your Mac.

Follow the steps in this article if the following happens in Safari on your Mac:

You can't log in to a secure website.
A website is reloaded or redirected repeatedly.
A message on a website prompts you to remove or reset cookies.
Some images, videos, or other objects are not displayed on a web page, whereas other page elements are loaded.

Check childproof lock
If you are logged in to a user account that is restricted by https://support.apple.com/...cale=de_DE or other web filtering software, some pages or elements may not be loaded if the sites in question are not permitted. For example, embedded videos may not be displayed if they are provided by a website other than the one currently being viewed.

Check with your administrator to see if you can access the site you want to view.

Check Safari extensions
Some Safari extensions that block advertisements or other website content can suppress the display of some other page elements. You can temporarily turn off extensions and then reload the page to see if that's the cause of the problem.

Choose Safari> Preferences.
Click on "Extensions".
Activate an extension and then deactivate the option "Extension… Activate". Repeat this step for each extension that is currently installed.

Reload the page by choosing View> Reload Page in Safari. If the website loads correctly, the content has been blocked by one or more extensions. Activate an extension. Then reload the page to find out which extension blocks the content you want.

If the website doesn't load even though all extensions are disabled, try the next steps in this article.

Safari does not load pages from a particular website
If only one webpage or website is not working, you can remove data related to that site to see if that solves the problem. To remove cookies, cache, and other data that Safari stores for a specific site:

Choose Safari> Preferences.
Click the "Privacy" icon.
Click the "Details" button.
Find the name or domain of the website whose data you want to remove.
In the list of results, click the domain (such as Example.com) that contains the data you want to remove.
Click on "Remove".
When you are finished, click "Done" and close the "Settings" window.
