I'm considering getting Forza Horizen 4 but I have a few more questions
1. Better on PC / laptop or on console
2. You should use a steering wheel or a controller
Better on PC because you can have higher resolutions and frame rates (IF you have the PC)
You can play it with the steering wheel, but it is more optimized for controllers
I own Forza Horizon 4 on the PC, but I also played the game on the console and I really have to say, the game runs better on the PC (if your PC / laptop is powerful enough for the game). If your PC / laptop is rather weak, I would rather use a console.
You can play the game with both things, if you want to play a little more realistically, then use the steering wheel, if you want to win more, then take the controller.
