MacBooks are most practical for school, if you want to play on them I recommend MSI ones and if you don't want to spend so much money for a MacBook, take a look at MediaMarkt or search for Samsung laptops.

Hopefully this is a bad joke. The only reason why you should get a Macbook is if you want to have Macos, otherwise the price-performance ratio is underground.
For normal applications such as the Internet, creating presentations etc., a laptop from 400.00 euro is sufficient.

You would have to give us at least the following key data for your question:
- For which programs that can be used in school should the device be at least sufficient? (Schulisch = deliberately gaming out here)
- What kind of school are you talking about, or what is your post-school degree, what degree or what type of vocational training for the emergency wall of the book?
- What is the maximum size and weight?
- Which battery runtime for combined web and / or office operation do you expect at least in one piece?
- Does the book really need Wi-Fi?
- Do you have to store a lot of data permanently on the book that has nothing to do with Word and spreadsheets?
