Display error of the mouse?

I have the following Problem. When I start a game on my laptop, there's a display error on the right side about half way through. The mouse is not displayed as in the game, but as in the desktop and does not work in the area. Does anyone know or had the same problem? What can I do? If I change the resolution, the field also shifts. Is it possibly the graphics card?
