I'm looking for a laptop with which I can program flawlessly and use programs like Cinema4D and the Adobe Cloud programs, it shouldn't be too expensive either, because I can't afford that as a student. I currently have a MacAir from 2014 and I think it can no longer manage all the programs and is slow.

I used Cinema 4D up to the R14 on a Macbook 2008 with 2.4 GHz and Nvidia 9400m onboard. So you can use it well on small PCs or notebooks, it just depends on what you want to do with Cinema and Co. Rendering is then rather not so good. So for 600 today you should get a good one for the purpose.
