Lap Top is lolling all the time?

Yesterday I accidentally reboot clicked, actually I wanted to shut down.

Now my laptop is not working anymore.

He's always lolling. What can I do about it?

"Will restart" should not come then actually.
Maybe boot up times with F8 in safe mode and then make NEN checkdisk.
