Is this notebook offer worthwhile on notebook cheaper?

I would rather buy a pc for the price.
If you just want to play something with it and don't always need the best graphics. Then the Iris Plus works fine. That creates on average, GTA V with an average of 40-60 FPS.
For 1000 to 1100 euro you can easily buy a notebook with a real graphics card such as Get a Geforce GTX 1650 to GTX 1660 Mobile.

In terms of GPU performance, it's more in the direction of trash cans, although the iris isn't that bad for an iGPU.
The P / L is really shocking bad. You get something really good for that.

A Ryzen 7 - 4700U with 8 cores / 8 threads for compute-intensive workloads and a Geforce MX 350 are installed. Although this graphics card is significantly slower than a Geforce GTX 1650 (mobile), it is considerably more energy-efficient (TDP = 25 watts) and still considerably more powerful than the Intel Iris Plus.
In contrast to the Intel graphics, the MX 350 GTA V manages at least an acceptable level of fluidity in FHD with medium preset.

If so, you shouldn't go for "compact" with such bolides, because the parts with such hardware equipment (or even with i5+ GTX 1650 / 1050Ti) like to have problems with volume and overheating in the 14 to 15 "under load. Format.
On battery for office and web, something like this is of course no comparison to an "ultrabook". (like the "Zen Books" from Asus)
For GTA V you don't need anything like that, and on battery these devices (last version instead of "Zen-Book") only work with a massively reduced load capacity.
