Used laptop battery charging cycles?

Have a used Surface Book 2 to test there.
So far everything is in perfect order, optically and technically.
The only problem is that the battery has 400 charging cycles behind it.
It seems a lot to me but on the other hand after a test yesterday he played a video at 14h with Wi-Fi connection at 50% brightness, that's a long time for a laptop battery!

I'm not sure if I should keep it, what do you think of the 400 cycles? Too much? Prefer not to take?

If the battery life is okay I would pay for it or ask if they might refund something because of the 400 charging cycles.
