Laptop cs go running?

I would like to know if you can play cs go with the notebook because I'm selling my old notebook for a colleague, but that has been my office notebook for years.

Amd 7400m

8gb ram ddr 3

Ssd hard drive 265 GB or so

Runs on it cs go and how much is the notebook worth

If the DDR4 must have 16 GB.
