Naruto time?

I wonder at what time naruto is playing so there are no cars or anything but televisions laptops and computers so electronics and I wanted to ask what you know?

Naruto is set in an alternate world, so you can't really say that. Especially since a lot of things are developed differently through the ninja skills with chakra.

So theoretically at the moment only without cars, that everything stays more Japanese, so the whole environment and so not so unnatural
