Netflix rejects the connection. How can I change this?

My dad gave me one of his laptops, and before he did that, he created an account as an administrator. When I was not at home, he went cheeky to my laptop (which he probably noticed more often) and let me the page, Netflix "lock so that if I want to access the page, it says that Netflix rejects the connection.

I've already tried talking to him about it, but he says he knows nothing about it. But I know by the sound of his voice that he is lying. As a daughter I feel constantly watched and under control.

Do not you have your laptop password protected? Then nobody should be able to access it without the password.

My laptop is password protected, but my dad is administrator on the same laptop, which means he can access the other user accounts.
