Wacom One graphics tablet can be used upside down?

First of all sorry if the question sounds stupid, but I have no experience with graphics tablets. Anyway, my research so far has shown that the Wacom One CTL-472-N is supposed to be a good entry-level model, and I would buy this one.

But first one more question:

Wacom One graphics tablet can be used upside down

From Amazon's description, the tablet with the USB-C socket is on the left, the USB socket on the notebook is also on the left. However, my computer is to the right of my seat. Can the tablet be set as "upside down" using the associated software and then placed the other way around so that the cable does not lie across the table?
