Yes, great, I can't play 1.5k for this notebook I paid for. That can't be true! Tips?
What draws the remaining almost 70% CPU?
and graphics card utilization?
TIP: deactivate all updaters (incl. Stream + virus scanner) & also Windows update while you are playing… Today there were Windows updates…
and only let Windows start automatically with what absolutely has to start (rough start-up waste via the "Autostart" tab in the task manager)
And windows 10 is slow anyway & full of ballast compared to Window 8 & even the fast Windows 7 (which lacks a lot of bloatware from W10)
What kind of components are there? My work notebook costs so much and that is still not suitable for gaming.
With Autostart you can make a few settings, for example the apps do not start when the laptop is started. And you could possibly expand the RAM if you only have 8 GB that is a little bit.
Gambling should be safe.
Out with all the bloatware, deactivate 90% of all autostart programs, deactivate {only for playing!} The Windows Defender {which always runs in the background and requires enormous power}.
Notebook away, tower here.
Yes, I fell on my face twice with a supposed gaming notebook.
