Which laptop for star stable?

I want to start playing star stable but it doesn't work on my laptop.

Now I wanted to buy a new l but it shouldn't be more expensive than 400 euro.

Would anyone know which lap would be suitable for this?

Does it have to be a newer laptop? I bought a used Lenovo to play Sso for around 389 euro and I'm very satisfied with it, as it can be any brand
