Beautiful good day
I'm really desperate right now and I'm doing some music on the side and my old laptop doesn't handle the Adobe Audition program so well anymore and so I would like to buy a new laptop but rather a PC, but unfortunately I have no idea what is good and what is bad and when I asked people everyone has a different opinion and in the end I was still there and now did not know what to do, you can recommend a laptop or a PC for 800 euro that is just right in terms of price-performance ratio I would be so grateful to you
It all depends on where you want to use your computer. On road? Laptop. 99% at home? Desktop PC, in any case. The price-performance ratio is just much better.
In the end I would prefer to have a desktop PC that I can gradually upgrade but of course it has to be good when I buy it, but as I said it should be expandable in the end
What is more worthwhile…
Nobody knows what is worthwhile for you. For 800 euro you can get both together.
I mean if you get a better PC for 800 euro or a better laptop that is good value for money
As I wrote, I would get both for 800 euro. But if it is only supposed to be a device, then maybe a laptop after all, so you would be mobile.
If you don't need it on the go, a PC is always better, because you can replace defective or outdated parts (power supply, graphics card, fan), which is difficult with a laptop.
Yes, that's why I just need something for the transition. I wanted to gradually assemble one later for several thousand euro
I would recommend a PC to you if you are well informed you can get a very good one for less money. Most PCs have a better performance than laptops and are easier to convert / upgrade
Due to the current hardware prices, you will not find a PC or laptop that is really good in terms of price / performance ratio.
The BoostBox PC you had already asked for (you have to add the monitor, mouse and keyboard for a desktop PC) was quite OK.
The power supply with 600W can later supply a more powerful graphics card and a more powerful CPU can later be plugged into the Asus B450 motherboard.
Only the 8GB RAM should be upgraded to 16GB at the factory.
Yes of course laptop is cool because you can do something from anywhere but somehow I think a PC is better and yes I know that you could get both for 800 euro but I really only need one of the two
The problem is I just have no idea what to do with in order to get something good for my money because I'm not familiar with PCs
I don't know my way around either, but I've looked for some guy who knows about it
Yes, I'm currently writing with someone who can help me
