PvE, PvP shooter?

I like to play Destiny 2 with my buddies. Now we're relatively through with it. So I'm looking for another game. It is important that it includes PvE and PvP. Costs are relative but shouldn't be too expensive and it would also be important that it is a shooter (first-person or third-person shooter does not matter) and that it is approved under 18.
A note in the margin that could possibly also be important. One of my buddies has a not-so-good laptop. So high end games are probably not included.
