Install Adobe Premier Elements 13 on multiple devices?

I have the editing program Adobe Premier Elements 13 purchased as a CD version and wanted to install it only I have a question: can you install it on multiple devices? I want to install it on my laptop and my PC. Is that possible?

According to contract conditions (EULA) you can only install this on one workstation (PC).
