My father wanted to install Word, Excel etc. On my laptop, including Outlook. However, my father misspelled my name for whatever reason, so I can't use the email address. My question now can I change the name of the email address and if so how does it work exactly?
By creating a new account with your correct email address. So the question still arises do you use Outlook on the PC or on your cell phone?
You should actually be able to change the specified name in the settings (File> Account Settings> Account Settings),
You can't change the email address itself, you would have to create a new account.
Via settings, click on the email account what you want to edit and there you correct the name.
You go in Outlook and here under

Account settings
Do you now mean the e-mail address itself or the name that is displayed when you send a message with this e-mail address?
