I wanted to play the Sims 3 again and then I noticed that I lack extension packs. I bought the packs on Origin but suddenly they are no longer there. I didn't change anything or anything, they were suddenly no longer there. Recently I bought a new laptop and hoped that it would be there because my old laptop had spun many times and thought it could be because of it. But now that I have a new one, I can't explain it to myself. Do you have an idea how I can get it back? Buying these packs again is out of the question. After all, you don't spend so much money on the same thing twice
Did you happen to get a proof of purchase (via email) from the DLCs? You should also contact customer service. Before you do that, you should read https://help.ea.com/de-de/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/, there's also something about DLCs.
