If you mean streaming movies and series for free on the internet, then that is not allowed anywhere.
Every boarding school handles this differently, so you have to ask your classmates about it.
In my children's boarding school, the "little ones" have limited internet time overall and various sites are blocked. They can do anything within these limits - including watching films.
