Use of cell phones, laptops,. At boarding school?

Can / may one use cell phones, tablets, laptops and such things in a boarding school? I would be interested because I plan to switch to one soon.

Yes, it is normally possible. Depending on the facility, they often have rules for this… Ie. That the usage time is limited… But that always varies. Just ask if you know where you want to go.

I believe that you can use a certain amount of time (not very long) for this, most of the time you are not allowed to use any of it during the day and get about an hour or so in the evening.

Is handled differently. Prohibited times etc. Would have been a reason for me not to change at that time, because I do not allow myself to be restricted.
