Preparing automatic repair Win 10?

I get stuck on my laptop when I start it with the note "Preparing automatic repair" I have restarted it at least 10 times and I don't get into the extended menu when I press Ctrl + F8. Now I don't know what to do and I also don't want to reset my laptop.

The automatic repair is started if the PC has a problem with booting or if you switch it on 3 times and switch it off with the power button pressed.
