Go to mmoga and buy a Windows key for 12 euro instead of buying the key for 145 there. Enter that, install Chrome and that's fine.
Definitely don't pay 145 euro.
Buy a license key from Lizengo or the like, much cheaper.
But you don't necessarily have to activate Windows, you can do almost everything without activation.

The most expensive laptop will not run without an operating system.
But if you look around on the internet you will surely find product keys for Windows 10 at a much cheaper price.
But buy Windows 10 Home and not Windows 10 Pro.
It should already be the version that is installed on the laptop.

Call Microsoft Support and ask if they'll update your license. That was done with me without any problems
Complain about the purchase, since a non-functioning OS can never be part of the KV (unless it was in the description & you skipped it)

What did you pay for it, and which notebook is it exactly?
(Manufacturer, complete model number… Is on a type plate on the underside of the device)
