Question about private sale?

I have a question about private sales.

I sold a laptop that is in very good condition.

the laptop has 2 bumps on the underside under the touchpad field because I have replaced the screws.

had indicated in the description that the laptop is in good condition with signs of wear.

these were also visible in the pictures.

Now the buyer thinks that he wants his money back due to the increases, even though the laptop itself works perfectly.

is this justified?

Did you somehow rule out that a return is not possible due to the "private sale"?

The "advice money" once wrote:

No right of withdrawal for private sales. Regardless of the exclusion of warranty (if the device has a defect), the buyer has no right of withdrawal when making a private sale. A right of withdrawal only exists if the seller acts as an entrepreneur commercially and there's a distance selling business (e.g. Online purchase) or a door-to-door business.

Yes I have.

however, she insists.

she said the increases were not on the picture and therefore she wants the money back, although I wrote that the guarantee and withdrawal are excluded in the purchase

If you have modified something that the original laptop did not have and did not describe, I would be careful now - because that does not correspond to the "original" condition of an expected device that I buy used.
Is this not a deficiency in the "original" model and has now been changed by your intervention; would it be that I would then take back the device.
Because that could be a reason later that you would lose the case.
