Jz on the actual topic: Yesterday (03:11 to 16: 30-17 clock) I have made my phone. I wanted to turn it on again normally & it just could not be done anymore. It only shows the apple, gets dark again and tries to restart. It always means, but it does not succeed. Have the battery become empty & first left out, then tried & it came back the same, then I loaded it overnight, I woke up & it was still like that. Then an acquaintance came & closed my phone to his laptop. Unfortunately he does not find my mobile phone. The trick with Loud & Silent button & Power button does not work & it happens the same as before & I can't use the homebutton because it is off. 1&1 would pick it up & look what's going on, but I would just have to back up my data & that could only be Apple. The problem is that I have no backups on my phone. Since you have only 5GB iCloud memory, I did not even activate it. It was never possible to buy storage because I do not have a credit card. I have over 20000 pictures that are very important to me & without which I could not, my WhatsApp back-up is also 1 month ago & everything else would be gone. I have completely occupied 64GB of 64GB. I was at the Apple Store & they always say that they reset it & I'm unlucky because they can't keep my data. They just tried to update my software, but where an unknown error occurred & they do not know what that one is. But I did not reset it & Jz only shows my phone that I need to connect it to the computer.
Now my question is: can somehow backup or restore my data without a back-up? I'm at the end of my nerves & could not do without all this… So you understand how important these pictures & everything really are to me: I'm crying all the time & this loss feels worse to me than if a kid fooled me or me has left. My brother says all the time, "They're just pictures," but that's not how it is for me, they're of great value to me. Do not all have it in vain. There are such apps offered to save something, but I'm afraid that it does not work & cost all 50-80 euro or so.
Yes that's stupid the "people" are making less backups / backup! Clearly, what costs hard drives or cloud storage but how important is the data?!

I always wanted to buy cloud storage, because I wanted to prevent something like that, but Apple, as I said, unfortunately, only credit cards. & 'yes the data is more important to me, I would pay it too, if I could and I had the security that it really works.
