Hi, I have a curious problem and am desperate because I can't find a solution. Maybe someone is here in the forum ever had the same problem and has an idea how to fix it.
Equipment:
iPhone X (latest software 12.1)
Router: Telekom W 925
Now the problem:
I have massive WLAN problems with my iPhone. It takes place permanently connecting and disconnecting with my Wi-Fi at the same time.
The problems occur ONLY at home in my WLAN, in other wireless networks it funzt perfectly.
Other wireless devices, such as cell phones laptop, tablet… Funnels in my home wirelessly impeccable.
The problems occur only on my iPhone.
Although I have full Wi-Fi strength, the wireless does not funzt as it should.
It only sporadically loads. That means, sometimes it loads properly, as it should be. The next moment it falters again and it often does 30 seconds. Or even a minute nothing at all. Then it goes 2-3 minutes again perfectly, then it starts to spin again.
The whole thing is very annoying, so annoying that when I'm at home, I hardly ever go with the iPhone online.
What I've already tried:
Reset iPhone
Reset all network settings
So, I hope the problem has become clear.
I hope that maybe a professional can help me here, I'm at my wit's end.
Go to an Apple shop, they can help you the most.
Does the WLAN work on other devices in your network?
Yes, that's how I described it
Did you ever reset your router to factory settings? Does it work then? If not, I can indeed give you the tip to go to the Apple Store.
Will I try it today, thanks
With pleasure.
