Two speakers at the same time under Win 10?

I recently owned a Medion Akoya P8610. I have now installed an SSD and installed Win 10.

Then I noticed that the notebook has a "subwoofer" and normal speakers. I can use both, but not together. Does anyone have any idea how I can run both of them together?
