Bought Sims 4 a few years ago and now have a new laptop. Tried to download Origin since yesterday but it doesn't work on the Origin site or on chip. I've already tried "Run Administrator". Don't know if I'm doing something wrong? Or why.

It should actually work if your system meets the requirements. What I'm starting from. Click Save File and then run the exe.
Without any error messages or reasons, nobody can help you…
There's no message, that's my problem. I always go to save and then go to Execute but it always shows me that I should confirm the user stuff and then it closes and always comes as soon as I press it.
