Can you connect an iphone 11 to a Windows laptop with a cable so that you can drag data to the laptop or that doesn't work?
You can drag photos and videos over there.
You have to install iTunes on the PC so that the corresponding USB driver is installed (at least that was the case).
Then you can manage photos and videos as files in Explorer and music via iTunes. Otherwise you can't use any documents.
As an alternative way for any documents, you can:
Create a shared folder on the Windows PC
on the iPhone in the files app, select "Connect to server" and then enter the IP address or the name of the computer and, if necessary, user name and password (if the authorization requires this). Then you can also save files from the iPhone there or pick them up from there.
