If you plan to spend your (planned) vacation sitting in front of the computer and working, you can also save yourself the vacation.
I meant the vacation just as an example. Simply something compatible would always be good.
I actually think now that it would be unnecessary to go on vacation with it but I mean I'm not always at home and then a laptop would be quite practical when traveling
