What I'm looking for is a very fast laptop (much faster than eg Intel Pentium Quad Core N3700) for max. 400 euro, preferably 17 inches and 8GB of main memory. In various discount programs such as Payback, I'm logged. Would, by taking advantage of all legal possibilities, such a bargain somewhere possible?

You should definitely look for the part on Youtube and see if it can be easily extended without having to disassemble it completely, because a 128GB SSD is just enough for the bare essentials.
Programs are always on the SSD and this will get tight at 128GB.
If you only need something to surf and occasionally for office, but that's enough.
So I have managed to squeeze Win 10 Pro, Browser & all important programs on a 30gb SSD. But it was already very cuddly.
For normal office stuff enough 128gb.
