Can I manage Halo anniversary?

Can I get halo 1anniversary and 2 anniversary from the mcc on my laptop?

4gb ram

Windows 10 64x

intel graphics 620

Halo 1 minimum requirements:

CPU: Pentium II or Athlon equivalent.
