For weeks I've been researching good laptops on the Internet, but nowadays I hardly trust a platform because nobody feels really neutral anymore.
I'm looking for a reliable, high-quality laptop with a 15-inch diagonal that can be used to carry out various processes at the same time without any problems.
No games are played or very complex programs are used, but the laptop should be able to manage various tabs, live streaming (Zoom and Microsoft Teams) and office applications at the same time without being on the verge of explosion. So a sufficient DDR4 would be important.
After a lot of back and forth, I decided on a Medion Akoya because it was apparently top price / performance (899 euro, Intel Core i5, 16 GB DDR4, 256GB SSD + 1.5 TB HDD, NVidia GForce, etc.). From the specs everything is top, unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the processing quality of the laptop.
I can't and won't work with it like that, and certainly not spend 900 euro on a wobbly laptop.
So now the question directly to you: Please suggest usable laptops in the price segment that you know from your own experience.
These tests on testreports.de etc. You can feel it smear into your hair.
I'm counting on you there! I thank you in advance.
PS: Please current models.
Take a look at the Apple MacBook M1 Air.
Is that a current part? At Apple I'm completely out or not in the topic. I'll take a look at this.
Yes that is very topical
And if you don't gamble, that's the best you can get in terms of performance.
If you like the operating system.
Wouldn't buy a laptop with a built-in HDD. Something like that is out of date in my opinion.
HDD hard disks have the disadvantage that they can't withstand vibrations well. And everything is gone.
So I would rather buy a laptop with a 500 GB SSD. SSD memories tolerate vibrations well and are therefore much more robust. In addition, I would buy an external SSD for the backups in case of emergency and for the many photos etc.
In my opinion you would have something great with that.

That's it
I would suggest the M1 MacBook Air. Unfortunately it's only 13 ". The build quality is extremely good and the battery life is fantastic. The performance is market-leading for such a thin laptop. Highly recommended.
That sounds interesting. The IT person from our company has already tried to explain to me that HDDs are very sensitive and actually out of date, but it probably didn't get stuck properly.
Yes, I have a buddy with a MacBook and the performance and workmanship is already at the highest level, but in this price range I actually only get the 13 inch and then only with 256 GB, which is simply too good to pay for the apple.
