Why not? Windows draws a maximum of 20 GB and the office programs etc will not need more than 50 GB.

I would only put Win10 on such a small SSD and save the rest for everything but no programs.

Sufficient, but in my experience I would recommend double or a 256 GB SSD. You can get along really long if you don't have much plans. In addition, the surcharge (depending on the brand) is low.
