Which laptop can I buy?

I need a new laptop as soon as possible, but I don't know if I can get a "good" one up to 550 euro. It would be important to me ssd, 8GB of RAM, 15 inches and clock frequency from 1.6 GHz. And i5. I don't want to gamble. Can I get on with the budget? Can you recommend something?
