Unfortunately, I can only rate the graphics cards you mentioned using benchmarks, as they do very poorly in comparison to Nvidia cards.
However, Photoshop is not a program that should require too much GraKa performance.

This one looks quite neat, but unfortunately it doesn't have Windows 10. You can buy it cheaply on many sites. In total, you would have to come here just over 800 euro.

That's an interface. And with every real graphics card it is actually very well how much RAM it has.
You don't need an incredibly good graphics card for Photoshop, most of the calculations run on the normal CPU. However, if you want to do 3D renderings, etc., you have to spend more money and look for a good graphics card.
