Following problem: We connected our DS4 controller of the PS4 (Pro) with a laptop, worked without problems. But now the PS4 no longer recognizes the controller or none at all. All tips, attempts and variants from the net failed. Whether connecting with a USB cable, disconnecting from the power and reconnecting, paring or reset, nothing helps. Borrowed another controller from a friend, that doesn't work either.
What else can you do? Before connecting to the laptop everything worked perfectly: - /
what tips and tricks are there? There's always "hardware error when nothing works" but so suddenly just because it is connected to the laptop?

Contacting Playstation support might be an option.

We solved it ourselves… With the original PS4 cable from neighbors. Connected, ps4 switched on and immediately connected.
Strange. The Playstation should not care whether it is the included cable or another.
