This is entirely due to the settings of the screen, which you can adjust as you wish.
Also depends on the set brightness. With some laptops you can switch on a blue filter that is easy on the eyes.
That has to do with the display.
The display technology, brightness, contrasts, resolution, viewing angles, etc. Play a role in this.
Even the backlight (whatever light you have in the room) plays a role.
