I need help and my laptop is not working. (After resetting my pc)

It always says, you pc ran into a problem and needs a restart ''

I can't go into Safe Mode either.

When / where does this error message come from?
In the BIOS? Or in Windows?

The error message comes after the Windows logo. STOPCODE is: NTFS FILE SYSTEM

Could indicate that files or the hard drive are / is damaged.
