Completely new notebook defective?

Got me a new laptop today - more precisely, a Trekstor Primetab T13b. I just unpacked it. Since it is brand new, you have to charge it first of course, but if I plug in the plug, it does not work! I know, the simplest answer is charging cable broken just go back to Saturn. Yes through the holidays I have to wait a few days now and maybe it's just because of something else because it's not a laptop but a mix.
Does anyone have such a device? Wars the crisis! Can't be that it is just unpacked and already broken.

Go to Saturn and change it. If you make it yourself now, the warranty is void
