Problem with notebook and two Microsoft accounts?

Sorry, it has gotten long again. I'm having trouble keeping it short! Who cares… Just look away!

Now the following problem:

There's a Microsoft account that runs on two notebooks.
Now I want to delete the Microsoft account on a notebook and install a new Microsoft account for it.

Now my question:

Does it work that the account is really only deleted on one notebook, but still works perfectly on the other notebook?
Since I have read a few points at Microsoft, I have had my doubts because it says that the data is only finally removed 60 days after deletion. I don't want that at all. I just want my account to be deleted from the one notebook.
How is it that you can set up a completely new account for my mother's notebook and that the old accounts have only disappeared on the notebook but are still running on my notebook?

I will probably expand the text for a better understanding:

There's Notebook 1 with two Microsoft accounts a and b.

There's Notebook 2 with account a.

Now I would like to remove the Microsoft account a from Notebook 1, so that it still works properly with Notebook 2.

I'm sorry. This is a problem that I most likely caused myself. I just hope that there's a good soul here at Girlfriend that gives me hope again.

I would like to thank you very much for all of you who have read my entire text and a much bigger thank you to all of you who can help an incompetent woman in terms of cell phone / notebook etc. To see hope on the horizon again.

If I understand that correctly, you only want to switch accounts with one pc. You can do this under Settings → Accounts → Your info and then it says "Sign out with a local account instead"

There are two notebooks 1 + 2

There are two Microsoft accounts a + b on Notebook 1

There's a Microsoft account on Notebook 2 a

Now I would like Microsoft 1 to be removed from Notebook 1, while Microsoft Account a should remain on Notebook 2.

Thank you for now. I can't try that anymore tonight. I guess I'll try tomorrow.

Okay, I'm just not sure how it is with the 2nd account. For example, on my PC Register another family member. You could e.g. Block or kick the account out of the family group.

Or is the second account otherwise connected?

I think you mean something else. As far as I know, a Microsoft account is something different than an account. But it may also be that I'm wrong. I will continue to take care of it tomorrow.
