Would like to download the game "steep" on my laptop. The system requirements state that it needs at least 6GB RAM, but I only have 4GB RAM (3.88GB usable). Can i still play it?

Windows usually uses almost 2GB. It probably won't work with 2GB of RAM.
As long as these were not the minimum requirements, it should work without problems as long as the other components are a little more than enough
Should you have to try it, but I guess no, the minimum requirements are mostly estimates, but often games can't even be started if the minimum requirements are not met, or if there's not enough RAM, they like to say goodbye with a bluescreen

You could watch my experience but it can work for half an hour I had done it myself I bypassed the lock at the start of the game because I only had half of my memory because the blocks were defective and I had to expand them an hour to a maximum of two works and then the love bluescreen came out of memory
