Laptop up to 400 euro - suggestions?

I know, 400 euro Is not much for such a device, but more I did not spend.

I would use it mainly for studying and streaming via Playstation Now. But it would also be cool if games like Minecraft and The Witcher 1 + 2 would run on it.

Would be grateful for every tip:-)

Since I would get me at notebookbilliger.de or otto.de one with an i3 CPU. Maybe you get even for the price of an 8GB RAM and its 126GB SSD. If then Win 10 is still in it? It will be close.

Easy even with an i5! I had seen a 400 euro laptop with i5, 8GB RAM and SSD. I forgot the video card. Where that was, I just do not know, but that was the normal price

For 400 euro, there's rarely an i5 CPU and with Win 10, this is usually a 5 Series Razen AMD CPU.
