After I have logged in and clicked on 'Play', nothing happens except that my mouse or cursor disappears. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried to install it using a different browser. I also checked for system updates and restarted my laptop. I have already written to SSO support, but have not yet received an answer. I would really appreciate your help.
(Never played the game on this laptop as I recently bought this laptop new.)
