Why is minecraft f3 only used as louder?

Moin, when I press f3 in a Minecraft world, the coords and all the other data are usually displayed. On my laptop this is used as the "louder" key and it seems to be weighted more than f3 in minecraft. So every time I press f3 e.g. The background music turned up. How can I change this?
