Good app for laptop + drawing tablet?

I need an app for the laptop for school where you can write yourself, so something like good notes can cost something with such a pen but should be good. Weil would like to write everything down digitally (I have a drawing tablet that can be connected to the laptop)

One Note I'm a student and use the unm to insert PDFs and to write notes.
