"Unable to log in to your account. This problem can often be resolved by logging out of your account and then log back in. If you do not log out, your files or changes created will be lost."
Did I already logged more times, but that appears again and again on my desktop. In addition, the screen has hung many times since then and there's nothing I can do other than turn off the laptop manually. What should I do? I'm not very familiar with it and am afraid that my data will be lost.
This is also the case with the new Windows updates. They are just not good anymore
Then you first back up the data. (Somehow logical) Which should automatically happen anyway anyway. Don't have a cloud, DVD or USB yet
Then you delete the update. Settings update / security / update history. Uninstall updates at the top. You will be shown how to proceed.
And have a look at organizing a cloud that automatically backs up.
If you suspect the Windows update, then you should restore a backup of your system partition from before the update (save important "new" data beforehand!)
After all, you create them for such cases.
If it is due to the Microsoft account, I dare a shot in the blue:
https://outlook.live.com/owa/ and change your account password.
Next time you can't log in: use the new password.
In this way, you prevent any other computers from being logged into your account - or connected, and forcing your current Windows installation to save the login data again.
