Windows 10 troubleshooting?

My Lenovo laptop / tablet PC with Windows 10 operating system has had many bugs for a few days now, but I can't explain where they come from so suddenly & I do not know how to fix them.

Here are the problems (which I noticed so far;)

Problem with sound: "There's no audio output device installed." Of course, I immediately checked what that means and how to fix it, and everywhere you just need to update the driver. But in my device manager is not even this driver

Problem with the camera: "No camera was found, …" Here it is basically the same problem with the sound. On the Internet (even on the Microsoft support page) it says that I should update the driver, among other things, by searching for and clicking the webcam in the Device Manager under 'Audio, Video and Game Controllers', but there's no audio in my Device Manager -, video and game controllers "which should normally exist.

Problems with the screen: My laptop / tablet PC usually has a touch function that worked perfectly until the day when the camera and sound stopped working, now the PC does not respond to touch, as there would not be this function.

In addition, the screen / desktop is set immediately after booting the PC always on high. I have to adjust it to landscape format again and again.

So far, I have tried with different programs to find missing drivers and install, but that did not work out

After looking for other solutions for a long time, but none of them used anything, I reset my PC, erased everything and reinstalled Windows (as described in the settings), but it did not work, now I do not know what I should do.

This laptop is not old, I own it since this year. In the beginning, everything worked fine, but when I started it up in one day, all these errors were suddenly there and I have no idea how to fix them

Then there are probably missing a few drivers. Should there be any problems, claim the warranty and have the errors repaired.
