My laptop (not the newest) is lately getting very slow while gambling for a few minutes (about 10-15). The FPS drop massive and when I open a window it takes years. Can someone possibly tell me what's going on?

Nvidia has had massive performance issues since last update.

With LoL the FPS fall for example from 300FPS to 60FPS

That could be because of which programs take care of that. Download Hhomework Monitor, where you can see the temperatures.
That's the thing ^^ The task manager does not show me what it takes. There's no program that draws too much power. I have now started defragmenting the hard drive and let's see what it looks like.
If it still is like that then I will replace the hard drive and see how it works.
Is an SSD via USB much slower than if you install it internally? Namely I would like to leave the HDD to unpleasant things out of the way to go
I had times Windows 10 via a USB stick used, it was virtually useless. You can leave the HDD in there and also install the SSD.
