There are shops that also offer used / refurbished ones, but even for such devices you can expect ~ 300 euro +. And those are just some for office work and multimedia.
You can get office machines from 250 euro. So towards Intel Pentium, 4GB RAM and 128GB HDD.

You can forget 50-100 euro, at 150 euro it starts very slowly if you don't need a lot of power. For 250 you get something useful. It's worth taking a close look, reading the descriptions and researching what the devices can do and what you really need. Anyone who plays graphics-intensive games has to put in more money than someone who only needs an "internet laptop", that should be well known.
